We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transit where tracking confirms the parcel was delivered. Please check the address provided at checkout carefully.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, the registered seat of Elevana Limited, the company operating the Margaret London website.

Notwithstanding the above, customers resident in the United Kingdom benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where such provisions are more favourable to them. Nothing in this document deprives a UK consumer of the protection granted by provisions that cannot be waived by contract under the law applicable in their country of residence.
