These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, the registered seat of Elevana Limited, the company operating the Margaret London website.
Notwithstanding the above, customers resident in the United Kingdom benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where such provisions are more favourable to them.
